Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Teredo error on the Xbox App.

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting article:

Xbox app NAT type on Windows 10 displays “Teredo is unable to qualify”

I recommend to try settings up static Teredoport
so your network hardware can communicate with our Live Services. This will require to open up one more port which would be Port
60209 TCP and UDP.

Here's how:

Right-click the
Start
icon, and then select
Command Prompt (Admin).

Run the following command from the Admin command prompt:
netsh interface
Teredo set state client
clientport=[60209]

Side Note: Also, just a reminder after opening the ports restart the router and PC. This will refresh the changes
made to the networking device settings.

Здравствуйте. Я не могу подключиться к серверу xbox, Teredo не удалось определить Тип NAT, подключению к серверу заблокировано. В диспетчер устройств компьютер не видит Teredo. Статью которую Вы мне предлагаете почитать, не помогает. Нужно другое решение
проблемы.

Thanks for the answer, but this question is in the PC gaming section and the error occurred on PC. the instructions for eliminating the error on the console will hardly help me=) I think that resetting the pc to factory settings would help me, but I cannot do it and am looking for other ways to solve this problem
