Pocketmags Issue Multiple Pending Transactions in Xbox Transaction History

I tried purchasing an issue of a magazine through the Pocketmags app with my mobile phone credit through Wallet but every time I try, a 'pending transaction' goes through without unlocking the issue. I've contacted Pocketmags and nothing's wrong on their
end. Does anyone have an answer please of why this may be the case?

Pending Transactions

Hi, there's an expired credit card on my xbox account and it's now allowing me to play online due to there being pending transactions. How can I cancel them and get the credit card removed from my account?

Sorry to hear you were charged multiple times for this! Just to make sure, if you sign into
commerce.microsoft.com check under your purchase history for these transactions. If they show as pending it means that the transaction hasn't gone through yet, keep an eye to make sure
that they don't settle. If the transactions show as complete look for a possible refund above them, as they multiple purchases may have been caught and are in the process of refunding.

If you're seeing completed multiple completed transactions for UFC 192, please reach out to

Phone or Chat support as they'll be able to best help out with any billing issues such as this.

Please sign-in over on
commerce.microsoft.com and check under your payment history. Do you see the transaction for your purchase? If so, does it show as pending? If it's showing as pending you would need to update your billing information to complete the transaction.

If it's not showing as pending it sounds like the transaction went through for you. Please keep us updated with what happens
