... I need to change privacy and online safety settings on Xbox.com to do so, but I dumb and cat figure it out.

Simply go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings to review and change your online and privacy settings.

If you get a page explaining how to add a child account to a parent account, have your parents go to
https://account.microsoft.com/family and sign in with an adult parent account.

Have your parents add your child account to their family account. Then your parent should go to https://account.xbox.com/settings and sign in with their adult parent account.

They will then see your account as being selectable. They need to select your child account and make the necessary changes for you.

If you have an adult account:

Simply go to https://account.xbox.com/settings to review and change your online and privacy

If you get a message on that page telling you you need to add your child account to a parent account:

What message do you get? That you need to add your child account to a parent account?

If that is the case, you entered a birthdate that hasn't reached legal adult age yet. Since the birthdate can't be changed afterwards, you will have to ask someone with a proper adult parent account to add you to a family and make the necessary changes for
you. You can't "set" your account to adult. It's all determined by the Birthdate you entered during your account creation.

You can try signing in to
https://account.microsoft.com/ and try to change your birthdate there. However, in the US you will have to provide a credit card with your name on your account, so Microsoft can check the proper birthdate through your card issuing company, or you can try
to
verify your age through the age verification process here.

Realms is a mutliplayer server made for the Bedrock edition. There is different options for realms that determines how many people can play at the same time. Highest is 10 people excluding the owner. They are available 24/7 if the realm is payed for.
