bom dia estou com um poblema no meu xbox one s ele esta desligando sozinho comeso a jogar depois de algumas horas jogando ele desligar ja troquei a pasta termica limpei e continua o poblema e o engtacado e que o videogame nao esquenta gostaria de saber como
faco para achar uma assistencia tecnica para levalo ao concerto

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information. Did you attempt to repair the console yourself by opening it? Is your console turning off when you play a specific game? We have a support article that provides

troubleshooting for an Xbox One unexpectedly turning off. Also, we recommend making sure the console is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure to let us know the results
