Poblem with credits

Hi, I have a problem with credits not deposited in my account. And i have a question.

I got 1000 credits on Xbox Live Rewards for answering 4 monthly surveys, which i deposit on 20th of February, on the page that appears to me that they were already deposited, but then i try to make a purchase for much less of those supposedly deposited credits,
it tells me i do not have that amount, what can i do?

And my question is... if i have completed 5000 credits, will the deposit automatically be activated or do i have to be a gold member in order to activate the deposit date?

I have the exact same poblem we are not able to move ANYTHING we are frozen on the home meneu and nothing will move

http://commerce.microsoft.com Your deposit would be listed in your returns. Keep in mind that 1,000 credits is equal to $1.00USD.

Once you have at least 5,000 credits pending, they are automatically scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. You don't have to be gold in order for them to deposit.

Your deposit of 13 MXN is currently in your Microsoft Account. In order to use these funds, you will have to use that account as your payment type. As Smwutches says, this currency can be found on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
At 5000 or more pending Credits, you will automatically be scheduled for the next available deposit date. This does not require Gold status.
