Hey I have a xbox 360 for past couple of years I was playing online suddenly one day when I test my xbox live Anyone tellonline suddenly one day when I test my xbox live connection it comes blocked failed to connect plz help me it been 5 months can I connect the wifi by lan wire (by wire) plz anyone tell can I plz tell

To open your NAT type connection you can follow the steps below:

Call your internet service provider, ask them to set a fixed ip for the console/pc, and ask them to open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you do. have modem and router the process has to be done on both devices.

Ask them to put the IP of the console/pc in the DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

If you have a firewall or network hardware such as a router, you might need to make a configuration change in order for your Xbox 360 console to communicate with Xbox Live. This configuration change is sometimes called “opening ports” or "port forwarding." Port forwarding for Xbox is done on your router or other network hardware, not on the Xbox console itself. Please note that these ports must be open to connect to Xbox network:

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)
