    Ok this is the last time I'm gonna explain this because Microsoft employees lover to hand you off so this where they said to state my case in December there was a promo that if you collected forza 6 the new tomb raidor gears of War and rare collection you
    earneed enoughf points for a free game I want my game other wise make sure I'm removed from all mailing list. I've all ready had 2 Microsoft employees waste my time plz don't make it 3.

    Somebody help me plz!!!

    I have an Xbox 360 and a gold membership... my younger son wanted to start playing online and I decided it was ok... I was directed to go online pay fifty cents for a child account which I did...but now when I click join the fun and fill everything out right
    it says "this email address is associated with another Xbox live account"! Plz somebody help....

    Very sorry to hear about the issue and the frustration caused. Is this regarding Xbox Live Rewards? If so, you will want to post over in the
    Xbox Live Rewards support forum. If the promotion read something similar to "pre-order these games and get X amount of credits", that will be our Xbox Live Rewards promo, and you will
    want to follow the link about and create a new post.
