    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us click that link to setup a support call. And dont ever give out your phone number on this forum. You never know who might call you

    We only automatically schedule deposits at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you have at least 1000 pending Credits, you can request a scheduled deposit from the MyRewards page.

    I have never had this type of issue with any of my consoles, Can you please try contacting the Xbox Support team directly by using the
    Contact Us option and when prompted either select the option to Chat with Xbox support or request a phone call from support as I believe the team have procedures in place for this.
    Just dont know what to do... i reaxhout to them and chat support is looking like endless wait and phone call me back is showing few hours for call back.

    Yep. Been waiting since July 9th. Gonna be 5 months.

    I don't know if contacting the BBB really does anything. I contacted them 19 days ago.

    Received an email 15 days ago. Just saying that they received my case and with their contact info.

    Which hasn't been any use cause the person never answers their phone, has never replied back to emails and has never returned phone call from me leaving 6 or 7 voice mails in these past 2 weeks already.
