    plugging in controller makes games have some type of delay


    When I plug in my controller, no matter if through Bluetooth or wire, and I start a game, it will start to have some type of delay spikes, unplugging the controller then makes the game come back to normal, I tried restarting the controller to downloading some software to boost up the framerate and nothing is working.

    Hello, thank you for the reply.

    I don´t really know what type of controller I use but I think it´s Xbox One wireless controller model 1708.

    Tried everything and nothing consumes anything, i don´t know.

    Consider updating your controller's firmware by downloading and launching the Xbox Accessories app from the Microsoft Store.

    You can also try using a different controller to check if the issue continues. If the problem doesn't occur with the alternative, the controller may be faulty.

    Could you please let me know which model controller you're using? Additionally, it would be helpful to have your system specifications for a better understanding.

    It seems like something in the background might be interfering with the CPU or GPU. Try monitoring your background processes with the Task Manager while the controller is both unplugged and plugged in. Pay attention to anything that consumes excessive RAM, CPU, or GPU resources. If the delay only occurs during online gaming, use the Resource Monitor to track your network usage as well.

    If you are streaming directly on the xbox try this

    "Plug your controller into your Xbox if your headphones are plugged into the controller. I was having terrible sync issues and it dawned on me that there would always be lag if the controller was wireless. I plugged the controller into my Xbox and problem

    There some delay type stuff in the game to prevent cheating I think, but I dunno if sound is part of it or not.
