Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Xbox One X. I understand that it's freezing and crashing.

To make sure that what you are experiencing is not related to your device cache, I would recommend that you perform a power cycle. Please note that this is different from a regular restart, Kindly follow the steps below.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

If you're still having issues and using disc to play the game, check the game disc by ejecting the game disc and see if it’s dirty or scratched—either of these could be the reason your game keeps freezing. If there’s visible grime, you can use a soft microfiber cloth to clean the disc.

Another way is to reinstall the problematic game.

Start the game from the beginning, with a new save file. If the game continues to freeze or freezes at the exact spot every time, the disc’s game data might be corrupted.

You can also try uninstalling the game, and then reinstalling it to attempt another play-through to see if it persists.

Check for software updates.

If you’ve noticed your Xbox keeps freezing no matter which game you play, a software glitch could be to blame. Updating your system’s software is the best way to help your console get over that issue. Follow these steps to update your Xbox One:

Make sure your Xbox is connected to the internet.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then select Profile & system.

Open Settings > System > Updates to check for and update your console.

This is simply a glitch in the leader boards you will just haft to contact I.w (infinity ward) or activision

It is a leader-board glitch, same thing happened to me on MW3, BUT it fixed itself after 2 days... If it dont correct itself or you don't want to wait, try contacting MW3 themselves.
