pls help me solve this problem i can't play on my phone

ok i got some update:

when our elevator comes up(or down) my xbox turn on automatically! now how i can solve this problem?is stabilizer help me to solve this fu**** problem? pls someone answer me!

I have the same problem. Everytime ai joined a game, Bingo shuted unexpectingly. Pls help me to solve this.

i stil getting disconnected every 5-10min.

I have tried both different headsets and remote controllers but II still have the problem that despite wearing my headset, no one can hear me in a party, despite I being able to hear anyone else. Please help me. How do I solve this
problem. I'm not sure if it's because due to a change in my xbox one's sound settings or what, but please help me solve the problem asap pls.
