Pls help me fix this bug after the sofware update on xbox series s

Before a sofware update my xbox was fine but when i updated i tryed updating a game and then it started with a lot of bugs and stuttering for no reason my game dont work my xbox is conpletly useless at this point nothing works i cant do anything to fix it i tried everything you suggested but nothing works i thinke this has to do with a update or a xbox sofware bug pls try fixing this i only had my xbox for 1 year and it's looking like it broke for no reason I have 90gb of space free and my xbox is clean no dust build up i keep it clean i dont know why my xbox broke the internet works fine pls help me out

How can i fix my xbox series s that suddenly started have stuttering,loding,downloading,xbox controller stuttering,and too the point where my xbox is unrisponive after a sofware update it started when i tryed updating a game

That is correct, it is possible that your Xbox series S was corrupted during a system update that affected your console software.

If I may ask, are you still able to navigate through your console settings?

If yes, kindly try to perform a factory reset keep my games and apps.

Before you proceed with your Factory reset I just want to inform you that you will only choose Reset and keep my games and apps to make sure your saved data won't be deleted permanently and also all of the accounts that are set as home Xbox will be removed and all signed in accounts will be signed out from the console.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Hello Microsoft I am having this same issue too. Once the DLC 14 update came I haven't been able to play online on my series s. And I suppose I don't need a Xbox live gold pass. Pls do something to help me play online again.

I tried one more time updating the game, but didn't work out.
