Pleeeeease Help Re Xbox360 To Xbox One

OK just so im understanding you correctly.

1. You have 2 profiles on your 360 one for you and one for your son.

Your profile has xbox live subscription and an actual live account.

Your sons profile is just a profile on the system and does not have a MS account attached to it and you are trying to get one attached to his profile.

You are then wanting to get his game progress saved up to the cloud so that any of the 360 games you have purchased that may be on the backwards compatible list which can be found here:

and he wants to play them and continue from where he was on the 360 you would need to purchase a gold membership for his account. Because that is one of the requirements to upload 360 saves to the cloud.

Once his profile is on the xbox one it will no longer be a requirement and the saves will automatically be uploaded to the cloud. and you can share your gold subscription as long as the console is set as the gold subscriptions accounts home xbox. you can

Just to give you a little background on the 360s you could have what are called offline profiles that would not have MS accounts attached to them and all data would be saved to the local hard drive for those accounts.

With the xbox one systems ALL profiles have to have a MS account attached to them.

You can also have a MS account without it being attached to an xbox profile the point that an xbox profile is created for it is when the account is signed into a xbox console or online at account.xbox.com at that point a gamertag and profile is automatically
assigned to that MS account.

So with that being said unfortunately you will not be able to use the Hotmail account that you created if it already setup a gamertag for your son so you are going to have to create another email MS account for him and DO NOT sign into the console or account.xbox.com.

Once you do that you will then be able to follow the directions on the following link that will create a xbox profile on his offline profile. This will be done on the 360 console itself.

Now once you follow those steps and get the account setup for him and get his gamertag attached to it

Now once you get all of this setup for him and you get your xbox one if you havent already gotten it you would just have to sign in with whatever email and password you setup for his account and it will download his profile to that xbox one console.

If you look a little closer into the GTA5 trailer, there are planes, helicopters, and even a jet. So it is very possible that we can fly jets and planes in the GTA 5.
