Pleaseeeeeeeeeee help.

my suspension for 2 weeks was supposed to just end but im still comms suspended and i keep getting the notification when i sign in about my privileges being suspeneded, was my account permanetly banned for simply trash talking? Im very confused and would
really like some help i cant even use a different account on my xbox to talk so im confused as to whats going on do i need to wait for an xbox enforcement team member to end the suspension?

completed all Gears Games, but Chriome skin is locked??

hi there friends.... I've just finished all of the gears games, and on gears 3, I've been awwared the Chrome Gnasher Shotgun Skin.

now when I go to multiplayer, I pick the gun I want, Press y to customise the skin, I pick Chrome, but it's got a lock symbol on it???

Why is this?

Halo Warthog for Forza Horizon 3

Hello, I recently bought Forza Horizon 3 and am unable to find the Warthog that was given for anyone who had Halo 5 and Masterchief Collection, I think. I remember receiving the message with the code and I thought that I put in the code before deleting the
message. Now I am unable to retrieve the message to try putting the code in again. Is there any way that you could help me so that I can get the warthog. Pleaseeeeeeeeeee Thank you for your time and assisstance.
