Please would someone e-mail me about my son getting banned from xbox live permanently.

Todays date: 4-12-18 For: enforcement team

I did receive an email to state that he was suspended from xbox live until 4-9-18, when he went to play on that night he said he could not get online. then I went to the account and there were two more emails afterwards stating it was permanent, on
a different date. I did not receive an email on the change????? I did not know I was to put this in review at the 1st email, I though he would have to sit it out until 4-9-18, being that was what the 1st email said.

I have already called Microsoft and they said they could not help me, that they would forward my concerns to the enforcement team ( because there is NO WAY to contact you all by phone or email) and I would get an email from "you all" within 24-72 hours,
so far I have received nothing.

I have talked to my son about this, he explained to me what he THOUGHT happened, he said the pic was from a "game" called minecraft, however I did repremend him, I don't feel it is fair to take it ALL away, we paid good money for xbox one and many years
for xbox live yearly cards, as many years as he has been on it, really?????? As far as I am concerned... I have heard ALOT worse things on there from other gamers, not to say my son was right.

Please contact me. I truly would like to resolve this. Thank you for your time

When you're banned permanently, an e-mail is automatically generated and sent to the address to which your Xbox Live gamertag is associated with. Prior to any ban, the Xbox Live Enforcement team ALWAYS conducts their own investigations and ensures that there
is enough internal evidence to proceed with ant sort of action. The most that will be released to the general Xbox Live population would be your e-mail.

You would most likely get some more information (if you were permanently banned) by checking your e-mail inbox. If on he Xbox Enforcement page (https://enforcement.xbox.com/) you only have a 3-day suspension, but your Xbox is informing that your console was permanently banned, those are different things. It is possible that your console was banned from accessing Xbox Live, and at the same time your account was suspended from online interactions as well.
