PLEASE WITHDRAW THE PARITY CLAUSE

Because it's stupid. PS4 sells twice as much the Xbox One, and if any developer has to pick one console to work on first, obviously it will be PS4.

And with this ridiculous parity clause we here can't play ABZU, EITR, Salt and Sanctuary, and dozens other games.

This parity clause is childish. Please withdraw this thing, Microsoft. It will do no good to your console!

If it is an Indie game coming out on Playstation first then Xbox will not get it. It's in Microsofts Parity Clause...

The parity clause only affects developers if they dont have an exclusive agreement with Sony.

Ahh, yes, ID@Xbox. Now, instead of crap games for $1, the crap games are $10. That's not saying that there aren't GREAT titles, there are several from both ID@Xbox AND there were some pretty good indie games on 360 as well. However, there are a LOT titles
that are a complete waste of time and money and at least the old indie games had trials. ID@Xbox games, by and large are MUCH better BUT nearly all of them make you buy without trying them first. Many of these purchases result in hard lessons learned

 

I think they have all but officially done away with it. But I agree, it was petty of them to essentially try to bully indie devs and it ended up blowing up in their face. Cost me one of my favorite indie games in Broforce too
