Please, when will the ridiculous "no payment options on file" be fixed?

Hey Xbox Support it's been exactly 1 year and we still can't purchase contect with Microsoft Account on the web! Some guy of yours told that if you have enough balance you can purchase but this is not true! I have 3,98 in my account, I'm trying to buy a
1,29 DLC and it won't let me! Please fix the issue please we don't have our consoles all the time! We are losing sales here! Please respond and do something!

Xbox cant buy stuff

There should be an option to use Microsft balance when you click buy. I know sometimes there has to be a debit/credit card on file for "backup payment option" when making purchases. Also don't forget there is tax on all sales.

"You have no valid payment options on file."

I have been trying to buy avatar items on the Xbox One for some time now, but it keeps saying that I have "no valid payment options on file." I had plenty of money from the Microsoft prepaid money cards as I don't like using my credit card. I am able to
still buy games and add-on content, but it will not allow me to buy avatar items. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me out.

I haven't really seen this question pop up, but the only thing I can really suggest is you should delete your account and recover it. If you have already done so it could be a console problem so what i would suggest is signing in on another console and seeing
if you can purchase the content from there. I hoped this helped in any way, and if it doesn't you can always contact xbox billing support for more insight on your problem. Sir have a great day.

No, no, the problem is not the console! The problem is when I do not have the conosole and I have to use the xbox.com!On the console everything works fine but I don't have my console all the time!!

that would be why

when selecting ms account balance and you don't have enough it will ask you if you want to charge the rest to the payement option on file

you must proceed with the purchase and the remainder of the cost will be charged with the payment options on file

as long as you have a payment option on file

if you cancel you will be charged the full amount on the payment option

hence why you should be reading the screen

Did you select account funds as your payment option when purchasing? Also you will need a debit/credit card on file as well, for back up payment option.

When I go to "My Accounts", it says, "List of payment options. You do not have any payment options on file." It because I removed my credit card myself.
