    Please unsuspend my main account

Hi, i got suspended from minecraft because I was hacking in a server called lifeboat for trolling and I got banned a lot of times and still rejoined but when I tried to login one day in my main account in which I don't hack, I got a page that said "your account has been suspended from Xbox" but the problem is I didn't hack in my main account, I hacked in my alts, so please unsuspend my main account, I'm sorry please, my main account means everything to me

    Please unsuspend my main account

Hi there! This is Virginia O.

I understand that you want to get unsuspended.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

To set your expectations properly, it is important that you keep in mind that this is a public community forum, so we are players like you, we are not employees of Microsoft or Xbox, so we do not have access to any user account or check anything from the forum. All users help each other with common problems.

A friendly reminder when it comes to suspension there is a specific Department who handle this matter and they are the Enforcement Team.

To further check on the suspension placed on your account kindly review through this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli...

If you are getting a suspension that is more than 24-hour, you can make an appeal about this and that is by submitting a case review.

To submit your case review, please be guided with the steps from this page: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli...

    Thank you for your cooperation.
