I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

Ok, support says there’s a case opened on my account still, including my alt. But they been opened for awhile; like weeks, then one Is a month. Still havent received any email update, so don’t know whats taking so long; same with the reinstatement process.
So hopefully they fix It, Im just posting to forums for possibly a better chance of this getting fixed.

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com It doesn't matter how it starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you can be suspended.

I understand your concern, and the urgency of wanting to get your account back or atleast recieve more info, but here on the Xbox Forums, anything Enforcement related would be out of our control.

The only I can suggest at this point would be to reply to emails that you might receive from Support or the Enforcement Team for more information.
