Please tell me why my son has been baned!

please can you tell me exactly why my son has been baned! It went from being baned for 24 hrs to being baned for 2 weeks with no exact reason why so he knows what not to do again!

notification of permament suspension

my son has been baned till 31/12/9999 his gamer tag is XxFEARLESS 96xX can anyone tell me why and can anything be done to rectify this ?

I've been baned

I tried logging in and received the message saying I've been baned. I checked my gamer history which shows that my reputation is good and I haven't received a complaint or been reported ever.

I called the xbox support # and they told me they could not check why I was baned. But they did tell me to post on here.

Anyone know how I can find out why I've been baned or how to contact someone who can help me.

Your son has done wrong, maybe he doesn't know why as he is too young.

Basically your son will have done something, possibly being abusive to other people, or possibly cheating in multiplayer games, either way he will have done something, all you've got to do is find out what....................perhaps have a chat with him?
