Please tell me why I cant change my gamerpic on the xbox app

Hello!

So I've been having difficulties trying to change my gamerpic. And yes its an adult account and yes im trying to change it on the xbox app. I've been able to change it in the past but now when ever I try it just wont let me. And I've also tried to wait a
couple hours before trying again but it always does the same thing.

so if you could tell me why its doing that, it would be helpful

Xbox have temp removed this feature. They have not stated when the feature will be re-enabled.

It's because the system is already overloaded in other, more vital areas for gaming so they have temporarily removed the option to have a custom picture.

The feature to add a custom gamerpic has been temporarily disabled. The
Xbox Support site has information regarding this change.

Due to the epidemic, the feature is disabled temporarily. Do make use of the search function on the forums though this has been asked many times in the last few days

The only way i was able to upload custom gamerpics was through the xbox app before the update. The support page you linked doesnt tell me anything about the newest version of the xbox app or where to find the option on the app, its only telling me how
to change it through just the console and I dont have a computer so I cant upload custom pics with the USB method thats why I need to know how to do it on the xbox app again.

Please tell me why I cant change my gamerpic on the xbox app
