when exactly are you receiving this error? Since it might help determine some steps for you to try and or check.

For any issues experienced the first thing to try is the following:

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:

I have just updated my console in the hope that it would fix the issue. Not sure why it didn't update automatically as i have that option selected. Anyway the update hasn't solved the issue, it now tells me to enter the followin error code into xbox.com/errorhelp.

Once i entered the code, i was told rhat no support exsists for this error code. This is becoming extremely frustrating! I would like to save my console as my home xbox so my family can play the games which i have downloaded.

Could you please help fix this situation?

Vanilla halo MP

DROP THE PERKS

Bring back elites

Bring back classic maps

Sort the matchmaking out

Dedicated servers

Robust, in depth player progression

Skill based levelling

Drop the XP system

No random weapon drops

No power weapon starts - DMR, anyone?

Please 343, I have faith - I think you could actually outperform bungie (dare I say it) just listen to your fans and stop catering to the masses on this one. COD has that covered.

Leave the COD community where they are, they're not moving anytime soon. Instead focus on rebuilding the halo community. Trust me, it will pay off. Hell, I'll even work for free as a consultant ;-).
