This seems like a more complete request, and was listed as one of the top ideas last week. Hopefully it gets some traction. Thanks all.

To request a self-service refund:

1. Navigate to account.microsoft.com and sign-in.
2. From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.
3. Navigate to a purchased game or app, and select Request a refund.

Perhaps. Last time I checked, 4 of the top 10 requested titles for backwards compatibility were COD games.
