Please support others payment methods for Vietnam

We appreciate your feedback and we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the payment methods available in different regions. This is determined by Microsoft and the local laws and regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We suggest that you contact Microsoft Support if you are having issues with purchasing.

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
   
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
   
9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".
   
10. Should you encounter same issue and have an error message please let us know so we can forward your findings to the Internal Support Team.
    

This error code suggests a payment method issue. Please try to remove and re-add your payment method. You can also try a different payment method. If you find that you are unable to purchase content with multiple payment methods, please contact phone support
in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) to discuss possible account causes.

Thanks for posting on the forums. I am not sure what you mean by three different devices just to change and remove a payment method? Are you able to elaborate please? Here is the Change
Payment Method support page. This page shows you how to update online and on the Xbox.

The way Microsoft offers a payment systems/processing is no different to how other large tech companies who offer a wide range of services process payments.

if you can't cancel it because of you have a pendent payment, you can't pay that using other method, so what i recommend is to call support so they can tell you if you can chanfe your payment method to other, they can help you
