    Please sort out these problems.


    I've got premium games and Taptiles is usually the worst at not working. You pay for the premium and you don't get to play the games. Last year I was without some of the games for nearly two months which I paid for in advance and you don't seem to care about
    that. Surely a big company like yourselves can sort out a little thing like this. Step up to the plate and sorted it out please. It's been about a week now since I could get Taptiles to work. Going on your site is like hitting a brick wall, you just get sent
    around the houses and nothing gets resolved. You never acknowledge these problems or even apologise for the loss and no refund on the months lost, get a grip.

    Actually took me 4 days to even get the forums to damn load up,, New firefox version so that maybe the cause of all the bloody HTTP Error 400 errors i get on here ( took 11 mins to load up in IE 9 ) ,

    Please sort out external storage problems

    I know this thread is old but I'm having the exact same problem and cannot find a fix, my external hdd continuously powers up and down for hours on end when the Xbox is in instant on mode.

    The only way to stop it is to use power save mode or unplug the hdd. Neither option is acceptable really.

    Has anyone found a fix yet? I'm using a Seagate 4tb expansion drive.

    Micrsoft knows this issue and they are working on a fix.

    You`ve done exactly this: (Settings -> Power -> "When Xbox is off, turn off storage") ?

    Try a Hard Reset (~15sec Holding PowerButton) maybe that can fix it, but I don`t think so.

    I would recomend to untick if it makes less On/OFF.

    Yer that is ticked I think i have pointed it down to when the xbox is checking for updates for games. So it must spin up check update for one game spin down then spin up check a different game and so on son till it stops check. So hopefully Microsoft find
    out and just can keep the HDD spinning till it has checked all games for updates because it cant be good for the drive to keep spinning up and down. Dose anyone no a way to tell Microsoft about this issue? Thanks

    Have you got the latest dashboard update installed? I'm not sure if it's been rolled out to everyone yet. There's an option in the settings to turn your external hard drive off when the console is turned off, so you could give that a try.
