Can you please send me my code that I bought when I purchased 3 months of xbox live gold, with the promotion that you would then send a code by 3/15/17 for another 3 months free. I have seen others posting about this, so hopefully you get this resolved
quickly. I purchased this through a promotion through the Xbox one, so it was something Xbox was promoting. Promotion attached showing the promotion! I purchased this during a promotion on the Xbox One on January 30, 2018, so there should be zero issues
with expiration, or else you were falsely advertising this! I expect to receive my code quickly!

No code for free 3 months of Gold

Hi, back in January I purchased a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live Gold. At the time you were running a promotion giving an additional 3 months free. I never received the code to add the additional months. My order number was 1408945194. Please send me

According to the FAQ...

Beginning as early as mid-January 2015, depending on your existing Xbox Live subscription type, we will either apply the one month of Xbox Live Gold directly to your account or send a redeemable token via the Xbox One message center. In either case, we
will send a confirmation via the in-console message center, so please check it regularly.

This sounds to me like those with Xbox Live Free get a code, and those with an existing XBL Gold subscription get a direct extension/application of the free month of Gold. Perhaps Microsoft is extending everyone's Gold membership first, and then sending
the codes later to those with XBL Free. Would be easier, I suppose.
