I have the same problem like TheEqu1nox and I did everything that is suggested on this page, but nothing seems to help. Could someone please help me, I'm watching the same ads for a year now!

Hi Gustavo,

This is something that would be handled by support. You also can fill out the
Refund Request page. You were given these options in the
other thread. As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums this is why it was locked. I will also be locking this one as there is nothing more we can do. Try the refund request, if unable to do it that way than contact support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Please, when it's fixed, email or contact us thru Xbox message saying it's been resolved. I can wait until ep2 is launched, of course.
