is it possible to get my achievements and gamerscore reset please?

you cant post personal info like reference numbers those are for phone and I THINK twitter support. second the only way to have your score reset is if another user reports your tag from their console and ONLY if the enforcement team finds that you have
modded score. NOTE when a score is reset you cannot get them back on that account, only on games you have not played yet and or (and not 100% on this) on games you have not earned future scores on (if you had partial ones for say GTA V unlocked you could
get the others).

You cant reset achievements. You could just watch youtube videos of people getting achievements if that's what you want? lol

ive always wondered if you could remove Gamerscore.

Hi there,

I'm afraid there is No way for achievements to be reset on an account. Not even a gamerscore reset (which is an enforcement action) will not result in being able to earn the achievements again for your Xbox Live Account.

The only option that would work is to create a new Xbox Live Account and start from scratch, this will be the case for any game, also keep in mind that digital purchases are also connected to accounts.
