Please Resend GOW Codes for XBox 360 Games

Dear Xbox,

I received a notification with codes for Gears of War Xbox 360 games included in the Gears of War 4 promotion but lost the notification before I was able to install the games. Can you please resend the notification or email me the codes? Thanks! I asked
before and one of the mods responded:

"Hey there, Thanks for posting! The appropriate teams were able to determine that the account you're posting from is not eligible for the Gears of War 4 promotion. In order to qualify, you must be over 17-years-old and have purchased and/or redeemed the
game on 12/31/16."

I messaged the mod back with no response. XBox sent me the codes in a notification message when I installed GOW4. I HAD THE CODES! Why would you send me the codes and later tell me I wasn't eligible? All I'm asking is that you restore the notification
that you previously sent.

My message containing all of the GOW codes suddenly disappeared before I could redeem the codes. Can you please resend me the codes?

Please resend GOW redeem code

I received GOW series redeem code after purchasing GOW4, I didn't know they have a shelf life, and they were gone before I can use them. please resend those codes to me, thanks a lot.

If you are referring to the Halo 4 specialization codes they are no longer being sent out and I believe the codes have expired. Try checking your email and seeing if there is another message there you may have missed, otherwise you will have to wait and
play them when they are made available to the public.

Thats not acceptable. I paid for the game like everyone else theres no reason I shouldnt get full access to the game like everyone else. Not to mention Ive had my xbox live account for over ten years, and played every halo game since day one, it would be
nice to be treated fairly.
