    By reading the many recent posts about Jigsaw, it's clear that Jigsaw is broken. Please, Microsoft support, at least have the courtesy to leave a reply and let us know what the status is for this app.

    I keep getting problems trying to download Daily Challenge Data. Error 016000

    I frequently have problems downloading Daily Challenge Data on my Microsoft jigsaw. I am quoted error 016000.

    Tried several times and always shows ads!

    Microsoft jigsaw will not open in full screen

    My reply is NOT intended as an 'answer' to your problem. It was meant to respond to 'ANYONE' having similar problems... Basically, Microsoft doesn't respond to most complaints about 'Jigsaw' since they do NOT make any money from the APP...
    it is not a revenue stream...

    The is no set "amount" of times you can get suspended before you get a permanent ban.

    Best thing is to read the code of conduct ,follow the rules & not get suspended at all.
