What happened to all of the gold coins collected completing all of the daily challenges

I completed all of the daily challenge puzzles for January 2017 and collected almost 18,000 coins. I was under the impression that those coins would be applied to my total gold coin count so that I could purchase additional puzzles. However, when I checked
today the daily challenge gold coin total had reverted back to 0 and nothing was applied to my total gold coin count. What happened? If the gold coin total from the daily challenge puzzles is not going to be applied to my total gold coin count, what's the
incentive for doing the daily challenge puzzles? Please do me the courtesy of a reply. Thank you.

Hi Ronnie, there was a promotion featuring Forza Horizon 5 there was a puzzle attached for direct bank.. if you complete the puzzle before time runs out you win £7 xbox gift card, 1st time i played i won i completed the puzzle with alot of time left.. next day i played it again only i recorded it i had 3 minutes left before i placed the last puzzle piece... ive tried getting intouch with microsoft twice but still had no reply..

I'm sorry to see any issues with Jigsaw! Have you ensured that it did download? It might still be sitting in the Collections section waiting to download.

If it's showing as downloaded, can you provide a screenshot of both the Collections screen showing that and the My Puzzles section that shows it's not installed? We'll be able to look at our next steps from there.

After I read your reply, I reported to the link provided. After that, I ran another recent windows update. The collection I was missing came back long enough for me to complete another puzzle yesterday. Today the collection is gone again. The collection is Beaches. Please help
