Please remove the clip with your controller feature on Xbox app streaming

The easiest way to stream from Xbox is using the Mixer and the Twitch App on your console.

If you have a decent PC, you can stream your Game using the Xbox App and capture with OBS (Open Broadcast Software). This way you will have more features available, and maybe a little better video quality.

About the streaming platform, the Mixer is good for Xbox Gamers, but Twitch have some good features like Video Clips available for everyone and the clips not expire after 14 days.

No, the Xbox 360 SmartGlass app is not compatible with Windows 10. However, Microsoft has a newer app called Xbox app that works on Windows 10 and provides similar features such as remote control, streaming, and social features for Xbox One consoles.

Hi Sargon, when streaming audio defaults to the PC for control, the App doesn't provide a control panel for the volume. If you feel this feature is something that should be considered feel free to submit a feature request via Xbox App Beta using the "Report
a problem".

If you have Upload Studios on your Xbox One and game clips>>>you can do this with this app.

Also, if you stream on Mixer you can saved clips from your stream too. And you can talk perform all those actions you stated.

some of that functionality has moved to gamebar for sharing clips etc, but as has been said they app is discontinuing and features are being removed bit by bit.
