Please remove my communications suspension and online matches suspension

I was killing someone on gta5 online so that person got mad and apparently SPAM reported me (reporting me several times purposely) and got me these suspensions when I didn't do anything wrong !!! Please enforcement team remove these suspensions... I have
tried to reach u guys several times

There is no appeals process for Communication Suspensions and they cannot be undone.

You just have to wait out the Suspension, depending on the offense and severity.

Banned

I was banned on my account for a communication suspension but I was already banned before the suspension! I would like to see if you could remove it.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. You can be reported a million times, but they will only issue a suspension if they have found that you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of use.

This has happened to me as well as soon as my suspension for the same thing had finished I was all excited to play online again to come online and find it says I can't use communication features on my xbox. I then checked if I was given a communication suspension
but it said I have no active suspensions.

You would of been suspended for something you did weeks ago or longer due to the time it takes to investigate any report filed against you.
