    Hi there,

    I'm not sure why I do not appear to be in XBL Rewards though I've joined years ago. I've made purchases recently I'd like to make sure I get credit for as well if you could check to see why I'm being prompted to join Rewards again after all these years.

    Cant use prepaid code?

    my account has been suspended can you reinstate my account so i can get my xbox live back on. i have a prepaid code and would like to know if my xbox live can be reinstated so i could go online. PLease tell me how i can clear my suspended account.

    You may have fixed one detail on the account, but other problems (like an unpaid balance) could remain. For this, I do suggest you go to
    http://www.xbox.com, sign in at upper right with your Microsoft Account email and password, then go to http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5and
    click on Request a Call from the Billing Team.
