Xbox Dashboard will not refresh

I have the same issue and have tried all of the above. There are 4 profiles on my console and mine is the only one that doesn't refresh. Please help!

In that case you might need to reach out to support directly if you believe the issue requires account access

Hi. I have checked the link you have provided and I am the only member in there. I know I am on an adult account as changing gamer pics worked on the original Xbox One console.

In the link above, I do not see any way of checking to see whether I am on an adult or child account. The picture below is all I see in the link. My profile in the link is not clickable.

Thank you. I will do the power cycle as you mentioned above, but I do not expect it to solve my problem.
