Please reform Turn 10 Studios banning procedures, they are arbitrary, unfair, and not...

I have been banned by Forza in Horizon 4 twice in the past two weeks for user generated content, most recently for 30 days.

I am a disabled person whose only source of fun is playing games, and Horizon 4 is by far my favorite game. But the game is worthless to me if I am banned from online play. I can't even play with friends now, so this ban is also socially isolating. Their refusal to be straightforward with me is causing me a great deal of emotional distress. I have already decided that I will never make another livery or label for this game again.

Here are their enforcement guidelines:

3. User Generated Content (UGC)

Inappropriate UGC includes, but is not limited to:

• Profanity or other offensive terms or gestures: This includes phrases such as "FTP," "ACAB," "CIP," and other abbreviations.
  
• Harassment, abuse, or bullying of other players.
  
• Nudity or other sexual content, including in-game sexual content.
  
• Harm or violence against people or animals, or promotion of self-harm – including but not limited to imagery of firearms.
  
• Cheating, or promoting the use of unauthorized game modifications.
  
• Use of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
  
• Other illegal activities.
  
• Pornographic website logos or similar.
  
• Personal information such as phone numbers or personal addresses.
  
• Vans with "free candy" or other similar "free __" wording.
  
• Certain notorious individuals, organizations or events.
  
• Specific iconography, including but not limited to: Found here.

The first time I was banned, it was for creating a label that said, "The Douche Lord Goeth", which was for a satirical BMW design. Now, the word "douchebag" is used in the rated "E" for everyone Disney film, "Raya and the Last Dragon"

While the word may have once been associated with an antiquated feminine hygiene product, in modern parlance it simply means "egotistical jerk"

So I can see that this word may be considered borderline, but only if you are taking it out of context and saying it always means the most vulgar definition possible.

The second ban, they won't even tell me what I did that was offensive. Nothing that I created after being reinstated is even remotely hinted at by the Terms of Use Agreement. I have shown other people what I have created since and everyone thinks this ban is a totally absurd farce.
