    Hi.

    I have a problem with the new controller..

    I have an Xbox One (console) and I bought controller for (PC, Xbox Series, Xbox ONE). And I'm having trouble disconnecting the controller in games. It looks like reconnecting (Xbox controller flashes.)...

    I'm playing and in 5-10 minutes it will show (Please reconnect your wireless controller).. And in a moment he will show up again...

    When I put cable to Xbox that's how it works..

    On my OLD controller works everything fine.. But with NEW controller are troubles..

    I TRIED ALL!

    (Update, delete Xbox, unplug, etc....)

    PLEASE HELP ME.

    @nathan Roberts it can't be by battery pack. I have four controllers and all are doing the same problem. Also, when I have connected at the same time, they are disconnecting, or reconnecting at the same time!!
    But I recognized, that this is happening only when I'm playing games, which overload processor (the fan runs at full speed).

    Welcome to the forums

    Would you also be able to try a different battery pack to see if that fixes the issue. If not, then follow the instructions by chRuNcHy, or buy a new controller.

    try turning off the vibration and if that still doesn't work try doing what did and buy a charge and play kit for the 360 controller.

    Headset or Controller problem

    Hi braelynnfiedler,

    Firstly is your headset wired or wireless, if it is wireless you will need to reconnect it to the xbox after a reset as the xbox has now removed anything that was connected to it, if it is a wired headset then maybe try disconnecting the controller and reconnecting
    it again to see if that helps.

    Thanks for keeping us updated. Make sure the console is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Plugging into an ext. cord or surge protector can cause a lot of different issues if the console is not getting the power it needs.

    Thanks for keeping us updated. Make sure the console is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Plugging into an ext. cord or surge protector can cause a lot of different issues if the console is not getting the power it needs.

    Thank you. It is connected directly to the wall outlet and is still experiencing the malfunction.
