    Please provide fix for downloading new puzzles


    I have a premium subscription and am unable to use coins to purchase new puzzle packs. I now have 41 items that say 'downloading' none of which I can access. When I click on them, they still have the option to purchase for coins, dollars or to click 'download'.
    I find it amazing that every time I launch the app, it takes me to the developer site that advertises new puzzles that I cannot get to download! Very frustrating!

    need help

    I have tried to purchase 3 puzzles with coins, which were deducted immediately, but the three puzzles were not downloading even though it says downloading. Volcanos, heart shapes and covered bridges. Can you please fix this problem?

    jigsaw puzzle downloads and daily puzzles

    My puzzle downloads will not download after ducting my gold coins. The coins are taken and puzzles will not download. Also, the daily challenge puzzles will not download and this has been going on for the last two months. When will this be fixed. I really
    enjoy the puzzles, but am getting tired of my free and downloadable puzzles not downloading.

    Please fix this. Thank you

    why wont the jigsaw jammer not download. Joined premium now its worse and have a minus total on my gold bars instead of a plus of over 219000

    I had the problem of the puzzles not downloading and the program freezing. Xbox support had me uninstall and reinstall the program. I was concerned that I would lose all points and data, but I did not. This worked for
    me.
