    Even if that site is shut down, people can still DDoS. DDoS attacks can happen if you switch to PS as well. You would need to work with your ISP to help stay online.

    If you are receiving DDoS attacks, please contact your local ISP and local police force. This is the only way that we can help. Microsoft cannot help with personal DDoS attacks.

    this is likely to be cause by a DDoS attack, best thing to do is to report this via the tools on the console so Enforcement Team is able to take action where needed. Keep in mind that this might take some time.
