Please manually convert my rewards point to microsoft currency

We have escalated this issue to another team. Once this deposit has been performed, it will be available for review via your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where it will be listed as a negative
amount, since we are refunding currency to your account.

Microsoft are manually converting any leftover points that anyone may have not converted yet to currency. They're sending emails to everyone that they have converted the points for. So that's how he would have found out.

If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

Can someone pls convert my reward points into currency in my account I can't figure it out and xbox keeps telling me the forums can fix it.GamerTag I have 7,800 reward points that are not converting into my account every 15 and 30 pls help!
