    Please make it so you could refund dlc and season passes


    i just wasted $10 because you cant refund in game content. I baught the batman arkham knight game pass by accident. Please make it so you can refund in-game items. Thank you

    It has a season pass doesn't it? usually season pass = dlc and dlc = new achievements, they gotta make sure you feel like you get your monies worth...

    xBox live charged me again !!

    There was an issue with this particular piece of content where even Season Pass holders were charged in error so they will refund the purchase. For future pieces of DLC covered by the Season Pass, you should make sure to download the content through the
    in-game marketplace.

    Can somebody please anwser this question for me. When you buy the season pass for Saints Row: The Third. Do you just get dicounts on the up coming dlc's? or the season pass lets you recieve the dlc's free after purcuse of season pass? If somebody could anwser

    Are you a season pass holder?

    If so then it appears that for a lot of people the season pass doesn't work and it tries to make you pay for the Havoc DLC.

    You will not get a refund.

    The season pass entitles you to download the dlc at a discounted price,which you can still do,so there's nothing wrong with the season pass,it's just unfortunate that you've had to send 2 consoles of for repair
