I have 12 days logged and 60k kills with all diamond primaries. Never reset my stats in MW3 and won't do it in this game either since I enjoy seeing how I progress. I know if I reset and put my "tryhard" pants on I could have way better stats than I have
but I prefer to see bigger stats than high ones if that makes any since at all. Plus I don't want to lose my KSG with 10k kills as my most used weapon lol

How is an easy way to make money pretty fast, I want to buy a house tonight just for the achievement and to make some progress within the game

I don't think you can delete them without removing your overall save progress you have achieved up to this point. Also, if the stats are uploaded to a Nike server online for leaderboards or compares/shares with friends, you will not be able to remove any
of those from your records.

I would just recommend from this point on make sure you do not start any games you do not plan to finish, as they will continue to add to your record and lower the over all stats and give you more zero point sessions.

Solution has been found for this: Reset Statistics. This will reset all statistics except Daily Challenges and Star Clubs to zero. All achievements and badges associated with Daily Challenges will be kept. Once you reset the statistics, quit the game, restart
the game, and go straight to Pyramid and Tri-Peak to get this achievement. MAKE SURE YOU FINISH ALL OTHER STATS ASSOCIATED ACHIEVEMENT BEFORE RESETTING STATISTICS!
