    So i just got enforcement ban for sending an insult. Normal right? Nope. This guy kept teamkilling everyone and I messaged him and I said "Hey you should stop. You are making the game not fun for everyone else." He responds with "And? Why would I care?"
    And so I cussed at him a bit. Then i got enforcement banned. I was [Mod Removed - Profanity] but didnt do anything. Until this happened. These were his exact words. "I just got you banned **** boy and you cant even do anything. Now all i have
    to do is track down your IP and **** kill you." I reported several times then the death threats kept coming and he even sent me my address. At that point i just blocked him. But still. I dont care about my ban, but i want this guy perma banned. This is retarded.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community forums.

    Unfortunately, contacting Xbox Support won't help as they will tell you to file a complaint to the Xbox Enforcement team.

    Reporting the messages, and blocking them, is the best thing to do in situations like this. The Enforcement team will review the report submitted and take action on the person. They may send you an Xbox Live message telling you they have taken action on
    one or more of your complaints. This is probably how the other player knew you got suspended.

    If you feel that your in danger, please reach out to your local law enforcement. They will be able to look into this, as this does count as threatening behaviour, and if the person is in the US (I am in the UK, and it is the same here), they can be dealt
    with by the police.

    As you have posted this in the Community Participation Centre, I am going to move this into the Xbox forums where this best fits.
