If I may ask, may I know which platform device are you playing the game Minecraft, is it on Xbox console or Windows PC?

Sorry to hear about that, however, have you tried to connect your device to a different internet source, like your mobile data perhaps? If so, try to exit the game and restart your device. If it still won't work, you may need to reach out to Mojang here: https://support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/game-t... and look for "Get help with Minecraft on different devices" and click "Submit a request".

No problem, Julia. You may also try a different Android device to see if it will do the same.

I have tried reconnecting to another wifi we have but it still didn't work and I don't have mobile data. I have restarted my tablet multiple times but didn't work. I will try and reach mojanv trough the link you provided.

This issue could be resolve in making sure you have no issues signing into your account on Microsoft website and Minecraft website. Please try the following steps:



1. Make sure you are connected to the internet.

2. On a browser, check that your Xbox Live account is active and in good standing.

Sign into your account on the following links and please include a screenshot of the issue you were getting an error message/code:

3. Restart your console or device.

4. Try logging out of your Xbox account and then logging back in.

5. If the issue persists, try resetting your account password and secure your account. Please see this guide:

• Go to account.microsoft.com and if you’re not already signed in, sign in with the username and current password for the account you want to update.
  
• From the navigation header, select Security and because you’re accessing sensitive info, you’ll need to enter the password for this account again.
  
• From the Password security tile, select Change my password.
  
• On the Change your password page, enter your current password and then enter your new password.
  
• For additional security, select the optional checkbox which prompts you to update your password every 72 days.
  
• Select Save.
