Please let me know if I can get unspended I got hacked by one of my friends and the got me...

I know they don't but I know people who have hack kids and they got banned for like 3 months but when my everyday friends ask me to do things for them I get banned permintaly and that really suck that this is happening to me

I am having the issue but with my EA account. My account got hacked and i changed my xbox profiles account email. But being that I can't get into my EA account I cant give them the proper info to unlink it and it is stressful. If anyone knows how to solve this please let me know.

Hello, I recently got a notice that my account got permanently banned on Xbox. It did not tell me why, but my friends can see that my gamer picture is gone so we assume that is the reason. The picture was not offensive, it was just a picture of my friend, which he was completely ok with me having as my profile picture. I have tried to go on the enforcement website and appeal to the ban, but it only let me sign in one time, and it would not show that I was under any form of a ban, so I tried to reload it and it will not let me sign in to appeal to this ban. I have tried and my friends have tried, and it won’t let us try to submit a case review. Please let me know how to get it to let me submit a case review so that I can try to get my account back.

my account got hack by someone, i dont know how they got my gamer profile information. i was a 23 green rank at frist. but when they hack my gamer profile they set me to blue 48. i tried asking for help on epics forums but no one replyed. so kept playing
on the same gamer profile. i share the same xbox 360 with my brother and he got ban to , he didnt get hack. i dont know who it was but i guss they knew if they hack my ranking epic games was going to ban me from playing.
