Please iron galaxy fix this game

This game freeze all the time its crazy please IG i hope you are better than double helix for coding and fixing this game,

I m not play this game anymore until you fix all the bug.

New patch fixes nothing relevant

It's not MS who needs to fix it - that responsibility lies squarely on the shoulders of Iron Galaxy.

 

All of my online and offline stats are gone.

People have been bugged by this for quite sometime. Iron Galaxy is doing all they can to try and fix this but no one knows what's causing it.

 

How on earth are IG better than DH for fixing things? We've not even seen any bug fixes from IG yet and very hard to gauge from their previous games.

This game is freaking broken, all the time i search online the game freeze, i play online the game freeze, what you make microsoft double helix or iron galaxy make you job and debug this game, the game freeze 20 time minimum every day please make your job
i have not pay for buged game

I hope you fix all the bug in season 1 before season 2

I dont buy season 2 if you not fix season 1

 

Hmm... how many threads have you spammed with your problem? Could not please keep it to one thread, or make your own for it...

You'll probably get told to hardboot your xbox anyway if you do

Dude If i need to restart the game or hardreboot the console for fixing the bug its maybe this game have a very big bug, i want a fix,i not want to reboot the console all the time.

Please M$ and IG make your job and fix this game, rebooting a console or restarting the game its not normal,

MAKE YOUR JOB THAT IT.

 

Heh... funny... you say you'll "LOL" at me, but you're the one who didn't read the comment properly, I told you to keep to one thread instead of spamming everywhere with your problem.

I did not say you didn't have a problem, but of course, you only read what you want to read so you can keep on complaining.

And the hardboot of the console isn't Killer Instinct's fault, so you can't blame Killer Instinct for it.

Also... I wasn't saying it was a sure fix for your problem, but it was a suggestion to try to help you (and others)

And yes, it's probably true you're not the only one with the problem, but if it WAS a problem from the xbox needing a restart, do you think the xbox would make up new problems EVERY TIME or would there be a possibility more people have the same problem from
it...

I dont know and i dont care why make bug the console,

its not my job to find the solution, its a M$ job to find a solution i only want a fix.

If its a console bug i want a fix for the console.

If its a game bug i want a fix for the game.

Rebooting the console for fixing the probleme its not the solution i want a real fix.

Im tierd to play beta tester for M$ its not my job.

 

Inotron has a point. The game is just a few months shy of a year old already and its in the exact same state it was months ago. I understand from a development and resource point of view that they are doing the best they can. They have limited resources,
the developers leaving and new developers taking over, small development team etc.

But from a consumer point of view it looks bad and there is no way to sugar coat it. There aren't any official forums yet and thats not something that would take many resources or time to make. Its been moneths since the DH forums went down.The total lack
of communication from developers with the fans. The lack of bug and glitches and general game support. It seems like the game isn't really a priority and they've put it on the backburner and are taking their leisurely time.

It is definitely not the case IMO but to the random general public it can appear that way, and what happens is they start losing interest. This lack of interest is becoming apparent. Less people streaming the game or streaming less often, especially the
prominent players (maximilian comes to mind as someone who used to stream ki alot and now streams twice a month at most), small online MP community, low turnouts at tournaments , Dead KI forums all over the net etc. This game has to compete with USF4, MKX
when it comes out and a whole lot of other fighting games. They need to do something to spark interest, or at the very least communicate with the fans, You can't expect people to stick around when the developers seem like they have abandoned the community.

 

@Chris4387 Yes I agree... my point about INoTroN is that he's running to every thread he can find and whine about his problem...

And I never said I was okay with how this has all turned out, and even though I don't want to be a "beta tester", we just have to accept that ALL beginning is hard and make do with what we got...

I was just trying to help with a solution until a real one comes by, since I'm at least not gonna just give up and whine about it

I also agree with your point about forums, but also thinks thats highly thanks to DH's forums shutting down and people not knowing where to go, because we had A LOT of very active people in the community, but when we didn't get an official statement of a
new forum and all we could find is this mess of a "forum" then people just gave up, and a lot of them is probably still hoping for IG to make one at some point.

We can only hope, since this forum is slow as hell, very poorly designed and lacks a ton of features we all got used to having at the DH forums

 

This game have more than 6 month old now and its buged since day one.

I have a vision guys this game is dead in 6 month if all the bug its not fixed,

With MKX and more fighting game to come i dont think im want to play a buged fghting game like KI anymore i dont have time to wast to play beta tester for M$.

I realy hope i m wrong i love KI but the game is to buged for me now too bad.

 

I buy an x1 only for KI and now with all the bug i think sell my x1

KI have the worst marketing for a game ever.

 

so have you tried restarting the xbox?

KI is a free game on a system that doesn't have many games, so it has that advantage. Season 2 should make it better, since lack of characters is really the only thing going against it. The online experience(when working) is amazing. So IMO this game
will be fine.

I think I read that it has 350 or so entrants at EVO. I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but it doesn't sound bad for a new game on a new console.
