Please improve every single aspect of the download interface.

This is getting so old. I suspect its heavily tied into the horrible "cloud" and Ones original always online aka punish every user for what pirates do setup. The way random features that shoudln't rely on the internet what so ever become unavailable if your
internet is down etc.

This isn't even what this is about though. Its the god awful process of downloading ANYTHING over a few hundred MB through the Xbox One. Why is it the percentage interface NEVER actually shows the real progress of it?

1. Try to play game.

2. 2gb update prompt.

3. 10 minutes later 1%

4. 30 minutes later 4%

5. 1 hour later 4%.

6. An hour or more later SUDDENLY 85% then 1 second later FINISHED.

Why on earth does this happen? Its extremely annoying to never even know if the update is actually working or your internet is down or something. I would settle for whatever changed that need to be made to fix this JUST to show the real percentage. But knowing
the speed would be nice.

I know this problem isn't on my end. It happens with every single large download on the One. It would seem the larger the download...the slower the speed and the complete lack of actual information on how far along the download actually is.
