Please I want my credits Xbox live rewards.

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Brazilian Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update
your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

For the 3,000 credits, per the FAQ for the Rewards program:

— When will I get my Rewards Credits?

A. Rewards Credits will automatically be converted into your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until
a quantity of 5,000 is reached.

— I renewed my Xbox Live Gold membership and I didn't get my Rewards Credits. Why?

A. Credits for renewing your Xbox Live Gold membership will appear on your MyRewards page within 2 days of your current Xbox Live Gold membership ending and the new one beginning. In addition, if you allow your Xbox Live Gold membership to expire before
you renew your Xbox Live Gold membership, you will be ineligible for this offer.

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

Per the Rewards FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits?

If you signed up for Bing Rewards during the eligibility period, your 2,000 Rewards Credits will be deposited into your Xbox Live account on January 8, 2014.

If you don't see them after January 8th, 2014 please create a new thread in the Xbox LIVE Rewards Questions forums. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards Credits. From the FAQ:

I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards Credits for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

You can only earn Rewards Credits once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions or tracking your MyVIP progress by making purchases in the
Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.
