Discus and support please i need an answer now in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I cant use my 1600 rewards points please u told me to contact support i contacted few agents and i didnt get an answer yet !!     I cant use my 1600 rewards points please u told me to contact support i contacted few agents and i didnt get an answer yet !! My problem is not solved they tell me wwhen i try to get 1.25 $ from microsoft rewards that there is a problem with my account or
    my order !! Please Help me !!!!!

    For a Gold membership, you'll need to make sure you have a valid payment option on your account. You can set that up on commerce.microsoft.com.

    You can try the support, but most will tell you to reply to the email with the decision of the refund. Due to when you use the contact us you will not get the agent that is helping you with the refund. There is a dedicated team just for the refunds. Will
    be locking this thread as you already have one open for this issue.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to the console right now?

    If yes, can you unplug it and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.
