Please hire someone who knows what to do !!

Ageism does NOT only apply when you are legal voting age. What you are doing is an example of the opposite of what an employer would do. An employer would probably hire someone who is 35 instead of someone who is 65. You are doing the exact opposite which
is still considered ageism.

I'm having this same issue... 1800- 4-MYXBOX doesn't know what I'm talking about. Microsoft needs to not hire people who haven't touched an Xbox. Please help me.....

Did anyone take into account that it might be a competitor who is doing this under the table? I mean it sounds far fetched I know but I think it makes sense that the one way one's competition gets rid of competitors is to make trouble for them but have it
caused by someone else. I mean the competition can hire hacks to do the job for them and easily deny if the hired hackers are caught.

Yea, I did use the reference #, that's why the second representative said the first wasn't doing their job right. It's definitely frustrating. Im sure if someone is lucky enough to get a customer service rep who knows their job it's smooth sailing. It just

its not on your end i get the same code when i try to go to my feeds it's got to do with the seves status that they been trying to fix for 5 hours i swear xbox needs to hire people who know what they are doing.
